FinTech Women is a regular London-based meet-up formed four years ago in response to the challenge of gender diversity across Financial Services and Technology, and in recognition of the fact that women within the FinTech sector may not have access to inspiring female role models and colleagues within their own networks. 
We know that diversity improves innovation, productivity and profitability and we provide a forum that gives professional women working in FinTech a strong voice, sense of community, and opportunities for networking and professional development. 
Now over 1,000 members strong, Fintech Women spotlights talented and inspirational women across the entire FinTech arena, provides insightful meet-ups and debate on hot FinTech topics, and creates a community where both women and men can connect, share learnings and debate developments in the FinTech world.
