Work on your thing! (Sunday Club)

Details

You want to make progress on a project or work that’s important to you, but it's hard to find time during the week and when the weekend arrives, you don't get it done.

It’s hard to get going when you’re by yourself, so join us in our personal projects session!

This is a chance to finally make progress on your thing and meet others doing the same.

We’ll have a chilled, focused space set up with tables where you can work on whatever matters to you—writing, designing, building, planning, developing your business —whatever stage you’re at. You can dip in and out of conversations, take breaks, and chat with other like-minded people who are also working on their stuff.

An area will be allocated within the venue with tables available where we will set up and work on our own projects.

What to Expect

  • Space to work on your own project
  • Others doing the same around you
  • A mix of focus + light conversation + shared energy
  • Opportunities to collaborate or ask for input
  • Casual breaks with games (Pictionary + Mario Kart Nintendo switch)

Bonus: Skills development

I’ll be on hand if you’ve got questions about getting started on social media, how to approach it and how to find clients using it.
We’ve also got a few regulars with experience in branding, A.I., and more—so feel free to ask around.

Why?
I like working on my projects, and I like being around other people who are working on things they care about.
It’s always energising and inspiring to see people choosing to spend their time that way.
But there aren’t many places where you can relax, do meaningful work, and be surrounded by others doing the same.
This isn’t a professional co-working space with hardcore hustle vibes.
It’s just a space to show up, work on what matters, and maybe even connect with people who can help.
That’s all :)

Collaboration

One purpose of this event is to connect people who can help each other with their projects. If you’re open to sharing skills or just want to meet others building cool stuff—come along.
