What we’re about
Getting together to play chess in Fairfax, VA for people who can't make the commute into DC. All sorts of chess welcome (beginner, intermediate, advanced, speed, competitive, casual). Meetings will be either in the City of Fairfax or close to the city limits.
Right now, a few boards will be provided along with timers but members are highly encouraged to bring their own boards so we can have as many games as possible!
Currently, we play chess every Monday at Mackenzie's Tunes and Tonics in Fairfax, VA starting at 6:00pm.
We are also expanding to Patriot's Pub & Grill, where we will also play chess at 6pm, every Wednesday. Event pages for both of these locations have been created.
