What we’re about

Welcome nature lovers! I enjoy learning and sharing my knowledge about birds, mammals, fungi, trees, wildflowers, insects, foods to forage and everything in between.
Nature kept me going during lockdown. I find being outdoors calming and always feel better for it and I want other people to experience this too. My passion is for people to see nature in all its awe and glory and for this to inspire them in their personal lives too.
I love to show people hidden gems that they walk passed every day, be that a stunning moth, elm tree blossom, an orchid or a fungi of the mushroom type! People are often amazed at what they overlook and I love to surprise them. I engage them with nature’s wonders and fire up their curiosity. The list is endless and this is why I love it some much as I discover and learn something new every day! My specialist subject is birds of the feathered type! I have lots of stories to tell about bugs’ lives, the soap opera of birds and how trees communicate with each other etc….
come along and meet new people and learn new things!

I am starting up my nature connection walks again. A bit about my background:
Various support work jobs
Counselling course
Ecosycology course
Trauma informed practice
Mental health first aid

On the nature connection walks we will do various exercises/experiences. Grounding exercise, land art, nature connection experiences, connecting with our senses, silent walking, sharing our experiences (always optional) amoungst other things. Any questions just message me.

As much as I love pets, they scare off the wildlife so please leave them at home for the walks, thanks
