We're an international group. Classes will generally be in English (I speak Spanish too) and everyone is welcome :-)
My name is Atiya (the founder). I'm an experienced Yoga Teacher from the UK (13+ years' experience), a Thai Massage Therapist and Health Coach. My aim is to help you destress, feel good in your body, and find your community :).

English below Bienvenido a nuestro evento: ¡una clase de hatha yoga a través de zoom (en casa, claro)! Durante esta clase de hatha yoga de una hora practicaremos saludos al sol, y unas posturas para ayudar la flexibilidad y calmar la mente. Te sentirás revitalizado y dormirás profundamente.
Esta clase está abierta a TODOS los niveles, ya sea que seas un principiante absoluto o tienes experiencia . La clase será en inglés - todos son bienvenidos :) Necesitas una esterilla de yoga (y manta si quieres) y ponte ropa cómoda para que puedas estirar.
Es mejor no comer una comida pesada 2-3 horas antes de la clase. Por favor coloca tu esterilla para que te vea y puedas ver la pantalla durante la clase. La clase será desde las 20:45h hasta las 21:45h.

Welcome to our event: an online hatha yoga class! During this one hour hatha yoga class we will practice some breathing exercises, sun salutations and yoga postures.You will feel revitalised and sleep well. This class is open to ALL levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced yoga. The class will be in English - everyone is welcome :)
Please lay out your own yoga mat and have a blanket nearby if you would like to use one. You can wear anything that is comfortable for you to stretch in. It is best not to eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class. Please position your camera so I can see you and you can see the screen during the class. The class will be from 8.45 to 9.45pm.

Durante esta clase de hatha lenta yoga de 60 min practicamos posturas lentas con conscientia para relajar, mejorar la flexibilidad y calmar la mente. Hacemos unas posturas de yin al finales de la clase, donde mantenemos posturas más tiempo. Te sentirás estirado, con calma y mejor.

Esta clase está abierta a TODOS los niveles, ya sea que seas un principiante absoluto o has practicado mucho. La clase será en inglés - todos son bienvenidos :)

Welcome to our event: A Slow Hatha Yoga, Yin & Meditation ClassDuring this 60 min slow hatha yoga class we will practice some breathing exercises, slow hatha yoga poses practised with awareness, to help relax, improve flexibility and calm the mind. We will practice some yin poses at the end of the class, where we hold poses for longer. You will feel calm and much better!
We have a philosophy theme each class which I share, on instagram , in our facebook and Whatsapp group, to which I can add you after your first class.
This class is open to ALL levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced yoga. The class will be in English - everyone is welcome :)
You will need to bring a yoga mat please. I have spares if you need so please ask in advance so I will bring one for you.

#### Get ready to rejuvenate, restore your energy from within and feel an inner spark of excitement once again! We are going on a special weekend retreat deep in the forest near Madrid where you can leave behind any stuck and stale energies and shift into a new paradigm.
Imagine going into the countryside, surrounded by trees and arriving at a homely, welcoming and beautiful space. You are greeted by friendly faces and feel like you’re in the perfect place and can be yourself.
Our Light Up Your Life Yoga Retreat is about being in nature, self reflection, accessing and releasing your inner vitality. Perhaps you feel ‘dimmed’ by always being on the go, not having time to appreciate simple pleasures and need to slow down and reset. During the weekend you will be sure to connect with like minded people, be part of a community and leave feeling inspired :).
Our retreat activities are all based on the full spectrum of yoga, including yoga classes, relaxation, breathing exercises, healthy and wholesome meals, mindset and meditation, so that you get a taste of living a yogic lifestyle. You will have free time to enjoy as you please.
We are returning to our much-loved venue El Pagano for the third time for this spring/early summer retreat. We can enjoy spectacular views, outdoor and indoor yoga, comfortable rooms and delicious vegetarian food. We will be well-looked after by Manuel and the team as usual.
Our group is international so classes are in English (I speak Spanish too if that helps) and all are welcome. Yoga classes are for all levels, including absolute beginners :).
I am delighted to be teaching my 14th retreat (fourth in Spain!). I have been teaching yoga since 2011, and am also a Health Coach and Thai massage therapist. I love sharing all the elements of yoga with you, especially on retreats.

16:00h DepartureYOGA: Hatha yoga and some yin, depending on group needs. We may do some partner yoga too :). It is open to ALL levels, including absolute beginners and those who have been practicing for longer. You don’t have to go to all classes if you don’t feel like it!
FOOD: Food will be nutritious, locally sourced, plentiful and delicious! All food is vegetarian. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
Three ample meals a day are included and fruit is be available in between meals.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Accommodation is shared with:

- One 3-bed room*
- One 4-bed room*
- Limited number of individual rooms (at an additional price)
*Available if you are coming as a group of 3 or 4 friends, otherwise it will be for two-three people sharing.All rooms have a private bathroom separated off with a curtain.

Bus: There is a bus that goes from Estación Sur (Mendéz Álvaro) to Arenas de San Pedro, and then someone from El Pagano will pick you up from the bus station (please ask)Car: You can drive there! Please say if you are driving and would like to offer a lift. Please note that you will need to follow the directions on the website from Arenas de San Pedro (km 8400 on Carretera Forestral de la Pregonera go LEFT and continue to follow directions to El Pagano)! The road off the Carretera is a small, stony road, as pictured on the website: https://www.posadamia.com/el-pagano
Air: The nearest airport is Madrid and then you can hire a car or get the bus as above.
THINGS TO BRING: I will send you a message detailing items you will need. Yoga equipment is available at El Pagano if you need.
PLACES: FULLY BOOKED
What's included: Two daily yoga classes, meditation, talks, all meals (fruit available in between meals), accommodation (shared) and great company!
What's not included: Transport to/from the venue (we can arrange pick-up from the bus station), Thai massage (offered at special rates), free time activities.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you have paid in full and need to cancel on or before 31 March 2025, you will get a refund of 50% of the balance, less the deposit
- If you cancel on or after 1 April 2025, then no refunds are available.
- If, however, you need to cancel and find someone to replace you, then we would be happy to offer you a full refund less the €50 deposit. Your replacement would pay the price you committed to on booking.
- If you decide to leave the retreat for any reason or in the unfortunate and unlikely event of you being asked to leave due to disruptive behaviour, then we cannot offer any refunds.
- If the retreat is cancelled for reasons outside of our control, you will be refunded the retreat amount, less the €50 deposit, which would be transferable to a future retreat or another service with Atiya.
