
De qué se trata
PB:Running is an expat running club based in Barcelona city centre. We welcome runners from all walks of life, with a wide range of goals and training paces, and we offer 7 weekly group sessions, training plans, and social activities. We are here to support your goals, whether you are training to complete your first 5K, take on a marathon, or simply make friends whilst getting fitter.
If you want to go for an easy run followed by a coffee that's not what we do, sorry! We give you the training sessions that make a difference. Runners stereotypically don't like strength work so we do small group classes to coach you through the exercises that you should really be doing to become a better runner and lower your risk of injury. What's the other tricky session to do alone? Intervals of course! We provide regular interval classes with so much fun and diversity that it will soon become your favourite session of the week. At the weekend we also offer a group long run to help you complete those necessary kilometres and you know what, afterwards we might just go for a coffee! We regularly have meetups at races, as well as having social events, club races, and training camps.
