A one hour Group Energy Healing session interspersed with Gong Sound Baths. My Reiki healing sessions, combined with transformative gong sound baths, offer a profound opportunity for relaxation, inner peace, and energy alignment.
In my sessions, participants experience the gentle, soothing energy of Reiki, harmonized with the immersive resonance of gong sounds. This combination fosters a deeply restorative state, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring balance to the body’s energy centers.
This fusion of Reiki and sound healing can deepen the connection to self, promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of unity within.
