Welcome to the Sydney Yoga & Meditation (Indoor & Outdoor) group!
This group is created for everybody who enjoys yoga, meditation, the outdoors and for cultivating a little more peace in their life.
Yoga and meditation is for everyone therefore we wish to create classes that are easily accessible and enjoyable for all.
Yoga and meditation are well known for their health benefits both physically and mentally, even when practised in a small amount.
All classes are catered for complete beginners and also for more advanced practitioners, so everybody is welcome to join these classes, which are pay as you feel/donation based.

Join me, Jade, for a gentle yet uplifting yoga flow designed to reconnect you with your body, breath, and the earth beneath you.
We’ll move mindfully through grounding postures and breathwork — perfect for calming the nervous system and easing into the weekend with clarity and calm.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, feel free to message me.
✨ Please bring a yoga mat or towel (the grass may be dewy), wear comfy clothes, and avoid eating 3–4 hours beforehand for comfort.
