NOTE:
This event requires a minimum of 14 people, with room for 16.
With the limited number of seats available, people will be added to the Attendance list in order of payment.

There'll be a Waitlist if you RSVP after the cap of 16 is reached.
If there are any cancellations, you'll be notified that you've been moved to the Attendance list.
This will be done in the order of paid RSVP's, then un-paid RSVP's where payment will be expected ASAP.
As such, we recommend paying when you RSVP.
If you have paid, and been placed on the Waitlist, your money will be refunded if a vacancy doesn't become available.

DINNER:
A variety of nibbles on the tables.
Roast chicken, a choice of two main meals, a basic salad, and desserts.
Bottomless tea and coffee.
ALL other drinks are BYO.

$17 for non-financial members or guests.

While we aren’t able to cater for special diets, or likes/dislikes, we supply a variety of food, so most people should find foods they can eat.
If you feel we won’t be able to cater to your personal preferences, you’re welcome to bring something for yourself that suits your needs, or to have dinner before you arrive.

Arrive any time AFTER 6:30pm to enjoy some social chat, and ‘before dinner’ games.
Dinner will be served at approximately 7:30pm.
The evening will finish “whenever”, to be determined by the host on the night.
As there is no designated finishing time, you are welcome to leave when you wish.
GUESTS:
If you’re bringing guests, please add how many when you RSVP, as we need accurate numbers for catering purposes.

2. Trivia: Starts promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive by 6:15pm.
You can find us in the Function Room - third table on the right against the back wall as you walk in. Look for the table with our group sign.
(The Function Room: Walk past the Reception desk, turn left, and head upstairs to the Function Room on your left.)
