Are you new to yoga or thinking about giving it a try? Our group is perfect for you! We offer free yoga classes in a welcoming Brisbane-based studio. ( new members only)

It helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. ✔️ Learn the basics of how the hammock supports you
✔️ Gently warm up with movements that prep you for inversions
✔️ Try your first supported inversion (modifications offered)
✔️ Float into a blissful savasana in the hammockThis workshop-style session is lighthearted, empowering, and designed to help you build confidence—whether you’re brand new to yoga or just new to being upside-down.
👚 What to wear:
• Fitted clothing that covers underarms (think t-shirt or long-sleeve top), leggings/shorts (leggings or joggers preferred to protect your skin from being pinched by the silk), socks (grippy ones preferred)
• Avoid zippers, buttons, or jewellery to protect the hammock and yourself💧 What to bring:
