Elevate CIG specializes in value-add multifamily real estate and exhibits an expertise in maximizing value on every asset we acquire. We buy cash flowing apartment communities in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, South Carolina, South Dakota and more. Rather than attempting to predict the market cycles, we strive to acquire cash flowing apartment communities within large, well-located U.S. metros.

Larry Wilemon, Director, brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop. Based in Los Angeles, he is part of Walker & Dunlop’s new initiative focused on middle market multifamily lending. Mr. Wilemon is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s small balance GSE and bridge loan origination, with a focus on Southern California and secondary and tertiary markets in the West, including Alaska and Hawaii.Jeff Mayo
Jeff Mayo brings over a decade of professional finance, acquisitions, and development experience, overseeing real estate transactions exceeding $2 billion across various asset classes. Previously, as Senior Vice President at StoryBuilt in Austin, TX, he spearheaded JV and debt placements, evaluating opportunities in key markets like Austin, Dallas, Denver, and Seattle. Earlier, at KABR Group, a multi-strategy programmatic JV platform, Jeff managed cradle-to-grave investments totaling around $3 billion. He holds a CPA license since 2017 and earned a BA, cum laude, from Roanoke College. Jeff, along with his wife and six children, resides in Fort Worth, TX.Ronnie Jewell
Ronnie Jewell is a vice president in Northmarq’s Dallas office with the primary responsibility of originating debt and placing equity investments through Northmarq’s relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA HUD, banks, life insurance companies and debt funds. Ronnie specializes in financing multifamily transactions across the country for a wide array of institutional clients, middle market clients, and family offices.
