Tight hips? Stiff lower back? It’s time to Back That Thang Up—literally. This workshop is all about understanding and unlocking your hips, loosening your lower back, and getting your body moving the way it’s meant to. Through stretching, mobility work, and body rolling, we’ll address tension and build strength to help create freedom in your movement. By the end of the workshop, you should feel your backbone slide.
Bring: Layers to adjust body temperature and water. All props including yoga mats and bolsters are available at the studio.
Wear: workout clothes that are stretchy and that you can sit, stand, bend and squat in
Pace: slow to moderate
Intensity: low to moderate
Accessibility: we will be working from the floor seated, lying on our backs, kneeling, and standing.
