Thursday Evening Go in Oakland Chinatown

May 1st will be the first meeting for the Lincoln Square Go meetup! This will be an opportunity to play or learn Go (aka Baduk or Weiqi) for free in the evenings in Oakland, thanks to the generosity of the Lincoln Square rec center.

All levels of experience are encouraged to attend! Stones and boards will be provided. There are bathrooms and drinking fountains available, and if people are interested in bringing snacks/food to share, that would be welcome!

There is two-hour parking on the street, which becomes free after 6 PM. The 19th st and Lake Merrit BART stations are each two blocks away.

We will be sharing the center with a yugioh club, so feel free to join them as well if you also play yugioh!
