About us
Drupal community meetups and events in NYC and surrounding areas. We meet monthly and share about building and using Drupal sites.
All are welcome to attend the Drupal NYC Meetup. At each meetup, there will be one or more lightning talks and presentations as well as an opportunity for any new or old Drupalers to participate in a side discussion where anyone can ask Drupal questions and get answers.
This Meetup Group is an extension of the NYC Drupal User's Group at Drupal.org. Please join us at www.drupalnyc.org and groups.drupal.org/nyc
We follow and expect all members to follow code of conduct detailed at www.drupal.org/dcoc

Contribution Day (register on ti.to)
We will begin the day with a discussion about how AIs and coding agents are changing how people plan, build, and maintain software, including an open-source CMS like Drupal. Let's discuss how AI is being used in the Drupal community and how the local Drupal NYC community can learn from the Drupal AI Learners Club and align with AI Best Practices for Drupal.
There are many ways to contribute!
- Add screenshots to an issue
- Document steps to reproduce an issue
- Test a proposed fix on an issue
- Improve documentation or resolve a documentation issue
- Code a bug fix or a new feature
- Identify duplicate issues
- Test patch or feature for accessibility
- Write a change record
Mentors will help all first time contributors find an appropriate task!
Agenda and full information about the day is on drupalnyc.org.
Registration is on Tito:
