We will now also be conducting meetings in-person at our old location, the Gas Company Tower, 2nd Floor. The rules are as follows:
- Guests will need to notify us in advance that they are attending via the in-person location. Let us know by Tuesday 11:00 AM. We'll be sending your names and email to Security's outside guest registration system. You will need to show Security your Identification and it will need to match your provided name. Please send Alvin your full name and email. Once pre-registered, guests will receive an automated email confirmation.
- Arrange your own transportation. We do not cover parking fees. The Central Library parking is $5 for 2 hours if you validate with a Library Card.
- Arrive early or on time. No one will be let into the meeting after 12:15 PM. If I'm the one setting up, I'll be up in the room by 11:45 AM.
- If you feel sick, please stay home.
