Hello Everyone:
We are local investors, serving and promoting the DMV real estate investing community.
I'd like to invite you to one of our meetings. Admission is FREE! We meet in the Tysons Corner area.
This club generally meets every 1st Thursday of the month. Occasionally a holiday will cause us to meet the second Thursday (we'll let you know when that happens).
After some initial networking, our meetings begin at 7 pm and run until about 9 pm. There is plenty of opportunity to network and learn, and we feature an "Open Mic" section where you can pitch your deals and "haves and wants" to the group. We also feature a market update and a Keynote presentation that changes each month.
Together my business partner, Jamie Cook, and I have owned over 1500 properties, so you'll want to hear all of our insights.
