See all- Keep Code Quality and Technical Debt Under Control in Your Angular ApplicationBankdata, Aarhus N
What’s in it for you?
As an experienced software professional, you know the trade-offs. You’ve probably delivered features under pressure, pushed deadlines, and made pragmatic decisions in the name of progress. But over time, those decisions—big and small—can become a burden. Technical debt creeps in, and suddenly it’s harder to move fast, harder to scale, and harder to sleep at night when you’re responsible for a live, business-critical Angular application. Here’s how to keep it well contained.
In this talk, we’ll get practical. Based on real-world experience from working with socially critical systems, I’ll share how you can:- Spot the early signs of technical debt before they grow into costly problems
- Communicate the need for code quality and technical investment—especially to stakeholders outside development
- Balance the daily pressure of delivery with long-term maintainability
- Apply lessons learned from the field to your own Angular projects
You’ll leave with concrete examples and mindset shifts that can help you keep your frontend architecture clean, stable, and ready for whatever’s next. Whether you're in the code every day or leading teams that are, this is about giving you tools to protect what matters—your time, your velocity, and your ability to deliver lasting value.

Presented by Troels Frimer, Senior Software Developer
A developer with proud battle scars from real systems in production—both behind the code and in front of the customer. Troels Frimer is a code craftsman who has gained his expertise through years of hands-on experience in software development, software maintenance, and project management. Across various roles in different companies, the past 3,5 years in Bankdata, he has learned that technical debt—and how it is managed in collaboration with the customer—is one of the most critical barriers to advancing software solutions, particularly socially critical web applications, to the next level.
