Herzlich willkommen bei den „Scrum Masters HH“ - organisiert vom Verein Agiler Norder e.V.!
Ursprünglich von Scrum Mastern für Scrum Master aus Hamburg und Umgebung gegründet, richtet sich unsere Meetup-Gruppe und unsere Veranstaltungen an alle aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum, die sich mit dem agilen Rahmenwerk Scrum und anderen agilen Rahmenwerken, Methoden und Praktiken beschäftigen möchten. Dazu zählen Agile Coaches, Scrum Master, OKR-Coaches, Kanban-Nutzer etc.
Unsere Veranstaltungen sind offen für alle Interessierten – unabhängig von eurem Erfahrungshorizont! Unsere Meetups sollen den Rahmen für wertvolle, spannende Gespräche, Wissensweitergabe und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung bieten.
Gastgeber der „Scrum Masters HH“ ist der gemeinnützige Verein Agiler Norden e.V. Der Agile Norden e.V. ist eine agile Community für den deutschsprachigen Raum , die die Verbreitung von Agilität und modernem Arbeiten durch die Unterstützung und Bereitstellung gemeinnütziger Bildungsangebote fördert.
Dies erfolgt vor allem durch die Förderung und Unterstützung der Organisatoren eigener und andere gemeinnütziger Bildungsangebote in Form von User Groups, Meetups, BarCamps, Konferenzen und ähnlichem. Speziell für Mitglieder bieten wir ein weitreichendes Netzwerk, Wissen, Technik, Kontakte, Vergünstigungen, Ressourcen, Versicherungen und alles weitere, um gemeinnützige Bildungsangebote erfolgreich zu machen. In this session, we’ll explore how cinematic theory can transform your Agile retrospectives. Together, we’ll dive into the four possible "endings" that teams experience:
🎞️ Bitter: The team leaves frustrated, with unresolved conflicts or no real change.
🎞️ Bittersweet: There’s some progress, but important challenges remain unaddressed.
🎞️ Semi-Sweet: Small wins are celebrated, but long-term issues persist.

Dave is a Delivery Manager at BJSS with extensive experience in Agile delivery and tech. Having worked in roles ranging from developer to manager across multiple industries, he has a deep understanding of Agile transformation. Dave is a passionate advocate for Agile ways of working and helps teams and organizations embrace Agile principles, improve collaboration, and deliver real value.
As an experienced Agile coach and facilitator, Dave brings a fresh perspective to retrospectives, blending storytelling techniques with interactive Miro boards to make retros more engaging and effective.

Created by Scrum Masters for Scrum Masters in Hamburg and the surrounding areas, our meetup group and events cater to individuals from the German-speaking region interested in the agile framework of Scrum and other agile methodologies and practices. This includes Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, OKR Coaches, Kanban users, and more.
Our events are open to all, regardless of your level of experience! We aim to provide a platform for valuable discussions, knowledge sharing, and personal development.The "Scrum Masters HH" meetup is hosted by the non-profit association Agiler Norden e.V., a community dedicated to promoting agility and modern work practices through supporting and providing non-profit educational offerings. Our support includes organizing and facilitating user groups, meetups, bar camps, conferences, and similar events. For our members, we offer extensive networking opportunities, knowledge sharing, technology, contacts, discounts, resources, insurance, and everything else needed for successful non-profit educational events.
