James is CEO and founder of Adaptavis, a business performance and transformation consultancy that specialises in helping organisations improve operational efficiency, drive business growth, and navigate complex transformations.
James started life as a developer, before moving on to lead his first agile project in 2003. He has since gone onto lead a number of large scale business transformations in the UK, mainland Europe, and the US.
James’ passion is organisational change driven by his ability to instrument and assess an organisation’s current effectiveness and to work from boardroom to shop floor, connecting the dots and creating alignment for his clients to drive sustainable change based on their customer’s needs and success.
