This group aims to bring together people who have an interest, relate or identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
According to E. Aron, psychologist, the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is a trait that roughly 15-20% of the population can relate to. The HSP theory, also known as sensory processing sensitivity, can explain why some people react with more sensitivity than others.
Some examples of high sensitivity can include physical/external stimuli (e.g. bright lights or noisy settings) or emotional (maybe other people's moods can affect you).
Meet Up logistics:
- held at The Castle, or when the weather is warm - in a park nearby.
- in-person every 4-6 weeks
- online also every 4-6 weeks.
Feel free to come and contribute or just listen to others stories. There's no obligation to have to speak at a group setting and no pressure to stay for the entire duration of the meeting.
