I’m Gunjan Kamra (@kamragunjan), a top-ranked celebrity yoga instructor globally on Google, and the Founder & CEO of Equilibrium Yoga (@eqmindandyoga), based in Mumbai.
With over 17 years of experience as an advanced yoga practitioner, I founded EQ Yoga in March 2020 to offer holistic wellness through personalized yoga, diet consultations, and lifestyle guidance. Since then, my team and I have trained over 10,000 individuals, including more than 100 celebrities like Ekta Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Priya Mani. About Our Mission - #BeTheYoga:
As part of our upcoming tour in the Bay Area, Portland, and Seattle in March-April 2025, we’re offering Complimentary Yoga Awareness Workshops to encourage yoga as a primary practice for overall well-being. Our mission is to help individuals #BeTheYoga, not just practice it.
