Dario Spoto is a berlin based photographer and videographer of sicilian origin. With patience and fearlessness, he chases for the fact, the moment, the light falling at the right angle. He is at times bold and at times surreptitious but never hidden, always confrontational. he strives to create an honest documentation that doesn’t direct or stage or distort reality but subtly explicates a mundane clarity, a suburban magic, a stroke of symmetry, a splash of yellow ass composition that rocks. and so on.He truly thinks that photography is a dialogue made of opposites: life and death, us and them, bravery and cowardice.
