Über unsere Vortragende
Melanie ist Social Media Consultant bei Based Digital und unterstützt B2B-Kunden dabei, wirkungsvolle Social-Media-Strategien zu entwickeln, kreative Konzepte zu erstellen und diese erfolgreich umzusetzen. Zuvor leitete sie eine Inhouse-Social-Media-Agentur, in der sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Team Unternehmen aus der Tech-Branche in den Bereichen Social Media Management, Influencer Relations und Paid Media beriet und betreute.
Mit ihrer Leidenschaft, Wissen und Erfahrungen zu teilen, trat Melanie bereits als Speakerin auf Events wie dem Reeperbahn Festival, der AllSocial Marketing Conference und dem Nürnberg Digital Festival auf. Durch ihre Begeisterung für digitale Trends und ihren kreativen Ansatz hilft sie Unternehmen, Markenbotschaften genau dort zu platzieren, wo sie ihre Zielgruppen effektiv erreichen.

Vortragsbeschreibung
In diesem Talk teilt Melanie mit uns, was sie auf ihrem Weg vom Trainee zur Teamleitung in der Tech-PR gelernt hat. Sie spricht über Situationen, die sie herausgefordert, geprägt und weitergebracht haben. Es geht um alltägliche Begegnungen, subtile Erwartungshaltungen und die Frage, wie man sich in festgefahrenen Strukturen behauptet, ohne sich zu verbiegen. Im Fokus stehen Reflexion, Weiterentwicklung und der Mut, neue Wege zu gehen. Melanies Ziel: Erfahrungen weitergeben, die andere ermutigen, ihren eigenen Weg klarer und selbstbewusster zu gehen.

Die Digital Women Night ist eine Community-Initiative von Coworking Nürnberg und Noblesse Oblique und findet jeden ersten Donnerstag im Monat ab 17:30 Uhr in den Räumlichkeiten von Coworking Nürnberg statt. Gemeinsam ermöglichen wir FLINTA* einen niederschwelligen Einstieg in die Digitalbranche, bieten einen Safer Space für Fragestellungen aller Art und vernetzen Frauen miteinander – denn: Hand in Hand macht es immer mehr Spaß.
Unser Programm, das sowohl fachliche als auch kulturelle Problemstellungen unter die Lupe nimmt, zielt auf pragmatische Lösungsansätze ab. Im Publikum sind Interessierte aller Geschlechter und Wissenslevels willkommen.
Wir beginnen den Abend mit einem Impulsvortrag von wechselnden Speakerinnen und gehen dann zu einem thematischen Speed-Dating über. Im Anschluss daran ist genügend Zeit für den lockeren Austausch eingeplant. Wenn du einen Themenwunsch hast oder eine Speakerin kennst, die auf jeden Fall auf die Bühne gehört, schreib uns gerne eine DM.

About our Speaker
Melanie is a social media consultant at Based Digital and supports B2B clients in developing effective social media strategies, creating creative concepts, and successfully implementing them. Previously, she ran an in-house social media agency where, together with her team, she advised and supported tech companies in the areas of social media management, influencer relations, and paid media.
With her passion for sharing knowledge and experiences, Melanie has appeared as a speaker at events such as the Reeperbahn Festival, the AllSocial Marketing Conference, and the Nuremberg Digital Festival. Through her enthusiasm for digital trends and her creative approach, she helps companies place brand messages precisely where they can effectively reach their target audiences.

Presentation Description
In this talk, Melanie shares with us what she learned on her journey from trainee to team leader in tech PR. She discusses situations that have challenged, shaped, and helped her progress. It explores everyday encounters, subtle expectations, and the question of how to assert oneself in entrenched structures without giving in. The focus is on reflection, personal development, and the courage to explore new paths. Melanie's goal: to share experiences that encourage others to follow their own path more clearly and confidently.

Digital Women's Night is a community initiative by Coworking Nuremberg and Noblesse Oblique and takes place every first Thursday of the month from 5:30 p.m. at the Coworking Nuremberg premises. Together, we provide FLINTA* with a low-threshold entry into the digital industry, offer a safe space for all kinds of questions, and connect women with each other – because working hand in hand is always more fun.
Our program, which examines both technical and cultural issues, aims to find pragmatic solutions. Interested parties of all genders and knowledge levels are welcome in the audience.
We begin the evening with a keynote speech from a rotating group of speakers, followed by a thematic speed dating session. Following this, there will be plenty of time for informal discussions.
