Michael has proven invaluable as a C-suite leader helping CEOs and executives across diverse industries and growth stages make more informed people investment decisions, see through risk, and adapt to rapidly changing business landscapes. As part of a broader strategy, Michael founded Breakpoint Human Capital Management, a trusted Executive Coaching Advisory agency that senior leaders of all kinds rely on to help them figure out where to go and how to grow. As strategists, they also offer interim and fractional Human Resources services to those organizations who need the expertise of an experienced leader to address critical challenges, guide strategic initiatives, or maintain stability during times of transition.Michael is a graduate of the University of Toronto at Mississauga where he was recognized as one of their Top 40 and has completed both the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, Advanced Strategic Change Management Program, and the University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business, Ivey Executive Program. He is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE), Human Resources Professionals Association, a designation reserved for the Human Resources profession's proven, high-impact leaders. He was certified in Executive Coaching, by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
