Soul Sundays Healing Circle (Palm Springs)

Soul Sunday is a donation-based, energy healing circle to release, cleanse, heal, and realign to your truest self. This sacred space is cultivated with safety and non-judgment so you may connect with your soul and others also on this journey.

Each circle's healing meditation is intuitively led to calm your body and mind, and guide a deeper connection with your Heart Chakra. This transformation assists you in connecting with your truth and aligning with the life you want.

Circle Format:

• 1st hour: Greetings, Energy Update, Intention Setting, Meditation
• 2nd hour: Circle Share & Questions
• This time is to connect with others consciously, discuss your journey, your practice, intentions, challenges, and questions.

Please bring:
Yoga mat and or Blanket
Journal
Writing Instrument
Optional: Items to enhance your practice (Candles, Crystals, Totems, Oils, etc.)
