Biodanza Monthly in Baltimore
Tribe Baltimore, 107 E Preston St, Baltimore, MD, USExperience Biodanza – Monthly Session at Tribe Baltimore
All dates are on the Biodanza website
Curious about Biodanza? This is your invitation to join us for a once-a-month session at Tribe Baltimore, open to newcomers and experienced dancers alike!
Biodanza—the “dance of life”—is a transformational system that uses music, movement, and group connection to awaken joy, vitality, and emotional well-being.
There are no steps to learn and no experience required—just bring yourself and a willingness to move. Each session is carefully guided to help you relax, express yourself, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. We explore themes like vitality, creativity, and connection, using movement as a way to feel more alive and connected to yourself and others.
How it works:
A Biodanza class begins with vitality dances.
The session flows through a series of dances and movement invitations, sometimes solo, sometimes with partners or the group.
Music from around the world inspires each movement, leading you through a journey from active energy to restorative calm.
No choreography, no pressure—just movement that feels right for you. 18 years to 80+
We dance barefoot!
DATES: Once a month Biodanza, mostly on Saturday evenings at 7pm will be held at Tribe.
Check www.biodanzausa.com for all of the dates found on the calendar or under "Classes" and "Baltimore".
Facilitator:
Your facilitator for the evening is Michelle Dubreuil, Certified Biodanza Facilitator and Didact and Director of the Biodanza School of Maryland/DC-USA. Michelle has been leading Biodanza for over 20 years, sharing her passion for human connection, creativity, and personal transformation with communities in the U.S. and abroad. Her warm and inclusive style creates a safe, joyful space for everyone—whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
