FEATURED COACH
Katarina Stoltz is a holistic life coach and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with high-achieving international professionals who are ready to break free from overthinking, reconnect with their true desires, and lead confident, meaningful lives while creating a legacy they’re proud of.
With a foundation in Gestalt therapy and Creative Consciousness coaching, Katarina uses a powerful blend of both modalities. Her unique methodology helps clients uncover the root causes of their challenges while also empowering them to take meaningful action.
Her approach focuses on long-lasting transformation, not quick fixes. She helps clients gain clarity about their internal blocks, acknowledge their needs, and take purposeful action toward their goals—whether that’s redefining their career direction, strengthening their leadership, or creating a balanced, meaningful life.
Katarina’s work is informed by her own diverse journey: from a photojournalism career that took her to the pages of international newspapers to entrepreneurship and a life as a wife and mother. She has moved countries, changed careers twice, and experienced the challenges of feeling stuck, lost, and unfulfilled despite outward success. These personal experiences have shaped her unique perspective and deep empathy for her clients.
Originally from Sweden and now based in Berlin, Katarina offers a cross-cultural understanding that fosters long-lasting transformation. Her mission is to help individuals attain vibrant mental health and empower them to live with authenticity, purpose, and unconditional love—for their work, their loved ones, and most importantly, themselves.
