All levels, men and women. If you love Jesus and want to find a community of healthy mindful fellowship, please join us. These classes meet every 2nd Thursday of the month. Park in the front/west lot and enter down the stairs in Kid Rock.

Bring a yoga mat, block, water and what ever else you like to have for success on your yoga mat.

Listen to Christian music, hear bible verses and allow the 4 rotating teachers lead you through a 60 minute Godly moving meditation.
