All players welcome, from beginners to experienced board gamers. Bring your own game or play one of the board games we have on hand. Meet some people, play your favorite games or learn to play new ones, and have a great time!

Come spend an afternoon enjoying some of the more complex games the world of board gaming has to offer!
THE GAMES
Since heavy games tend to be time commitments, we want to make sure everyone knows what to expect. Each event, we'll feature a handful of games that will be hitting the tables. You get to reserve a seat at one of the games when you RSVP to the event.This month our Featured Games are:

You should arrive around 4:30PM and allot enough time to finish the game you signed up for. Make sure you RSVP or your seat at the table will not be guaranteed!
THE EVENT
To help ensure games start in a timely manner, all players MUST read the rulebook beforehand or watch an instructional video. Each featured game will have a host who will run the game, be able to answer questions, and provide rule clarifications.If you sign up and cannot make the event, please update your RSVP to open up the space for someone else. Repeat day-of cancellations or no-shows will impact your eligibility to participate in future events.

This is the monthly event at the Chicago Public library that will be open and advertised to the public, ages 18+.
Feel free to bring mid-weight games or heavier if you have a premade group.
The library listing will show 10 am to start but please feel free to come in at 9:30 to get set up.
The MATH TRADE will happen at around noon, participation is optional but will take up the whole room for about an hour. Interested in participating? More info here: Link to FB Event.
After that we will have open gaming until 4:00pm.
