Frank Yiannas: Food Safety Culture Workshop

Details

As food safety standards and awareness rise, we're happy to host an offline one-day workshop with Frank Yiannas, a former Deputy Commissioner at the US FDA and Vice President at a leading global retailer, to enhance food safety cultures within organizations. This interactive session will provide insights into assessing and improving food safety practices, influenced by Frank's extensive experience and teachings from his published works. Participants will gain practical tools and real-world applications to manage food safety risks effectively and prepare for future challenges in their careers.

#### Workshop Objectives:

By the end of the workshop, attendees will walk away with a host of new tools in their toolbox and be better able to:

  • Recognize the difference between traditional food safety / quality management versus a behavior-based food safety / quality approach.
