This Food Truck competition is a fundraiser for Act in Faith, a social service agency in West Chester.
It's very casual. When I've gone in past years, there have been several food trucks. You sample their "Chef's Best" offering for as many trucks as you want (and you can return as many times as you want) and then you vote.
Cost is $100/person, which includes one wine or beer. Additional wine ($8) and beer ($5) tickets are available. Get your ticket here:

A little about ACT in Faith:
ACT in Faith provides services that address issues that present as barrier to self-sustainability and household stability. This is done via our program areas:
~Basic Needs (e.g., groceries, medical expenses, clothing)
~Employment Support (e.g., transportation costs, ID, cell phone, resume/job search, education fees, and childcare costs)
~Housing Stabilization (e.g., eviction and utility shut-off prevention, fuel, security deposits, and storage)
~System navigation as it relates any of the above (e.g.information and referral, benefit/housing enrollment and recertification assistance)
Our Community Cupboard provides personal care and household items (not covered by SNAP/FoodStamps), as well as both perishable and non-perishable food and is open to anyone in Chester County.
