Chess on Tap is Washington, DC's premiere social chess club. If you'd like to meet new friends, over a casual game of chess in a fun atmosphere, this group is for you!
Our members range from beginner to expert level, and games are played both with and without time controls. Whether you're an experienced speed chess player or you're just learning to play, you'll be able to find a good match and advice on how to improve your game.
Most events are held in Washington, DC, but members from Maryland and Northern Virginia attend as well, and some Chess on Tap events are scheduled in other DMV locations.
