Hello, food lovers! I'm Marla Monzo-Holmes, owner of Marla the Chef in Red, where cooking is more than just a skill-it's an experience! I offer in-person cooking classes that bring traditional Italian, Italian-American old-world recipes, European favorites, and American classics like chicken pot-pie to life. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a total beginner, my classes are hands-on, fun and full of flavor. Watch, learn, cook and most importantly-enjoy! Once we have created our delicious dishes, we sit down together for a warm family-style meal. Come cook, laugh, and eat with me-because the best memories are made in the kitchen!
