Welcome to the Charlotte Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Meetup! This group is specifically tailored for anyone in the ETA space. It is hosted by The Charlotte ETA Group, a 501(c) nonprofit.

Our Mission: To empower, educate, and promote the entrepreneurial ecosystem for the Charlotte of tomorrow through casual networking, high-quality programming, and practical member education.

The Charlotte ETA Group is thrilled to feature Mubarak Shah, CPA who will unpack Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings analyses.
After helping hundreds of searchers (both self-funded and traditional) with their M&A deals, Mubarak will be covering the most important components related to Financial Due Diligence (or "FDD"). This includes:
