Welcome beginner runners!
I've been running for a month now. Even though I'm not a good runner, if there's someone to encourage each other while running together, it feels like we could be a source of strength for one another!
I ran consistently on my own for a month and lost 11 pounds!
You can do it too! If you ever find it tough during the run, just let me know. I'll stop running immediately and walk with you.
If you want to run together, feel free to join us anytime! We'll meet every Sunday morning at the southern part of Central Park to jog very slowly (slightly faster than walking). Our goal is to complete a lap around Central Park, but if it gets too challenging, we might do half a lap.
We'll gather at 11:00 AM, and we'll finish by 12:30 PM at the latest.
Whether you're a beginner at running, want to lose weight, or simply want to run, everyone is welcome!
