This Meetup is welcome to all that would like to explore spiritual growth, self-empowerment, and expand consciousness through wellness and energy healing modalities such as reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Meetups are held by Jamie Dubin at studios, private residences, and in nature throughout San Luis Obispo county.
Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing with crystal bowls can enhance your life spiritually, emotionally, and physically. These modalities are known to improve sleep, reduce stress, relieve anxiety and depression, strengthen the immune system, expand consciousness, explore spirituality, and induce deep inner-peace and relaxation. We learn how to harness the sacred healing power of our own breath and sound so we can find and embrace our inner healer.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.The front gate opens up automatically when you drive up to it.
Follow the wooden signs to Crows End Retreat Center.Please park in the large lot, before you reach the retreat center building, in front of the labyrinth.
Once you park, you will see the wooden cottage to the far right, across from the road. This is where ceremony will be held.

Donation-based event: Suggested donation is $25-35, but you can pay whatever you can afford. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Your contribution helps cover event costs and supports future accessible offerings. Although you can come for free, please reserve your spot either way, so I can have your contact info in case of weather changes/cancellations.Restrooms: There is no bathroom on site. The nearest public restroom is at Dinosaur Caves Park. Please plan accordingly.

Treat yourself to a unique blend of yoga, sound healing, and reiki as we celebrate the full moon! 🌊 Join Jamie and Ana in nature's sanctuary, where the shoreline becomes our yoga studio and each breath brings you closer to inner peace.
Our practice combines gentle, flowing movements, restorative stretches, and a deeply relaxing Savasana by the sea. This all-levels experience is a journey of release, rejuvenation, and grounding. You’ll be supported in every moment, surrounded by soothing vibrations and guided through a serene yoga practice to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll end with a soothing sound bath and reiki offering to melt away tension, leaving you refreshed and uplifted. 🌊🧘♂️✨
