What we’re about
About us (please read):
Regular meetups involving craft beer, brew pubs or independent breweries, featuring witty conversation between interesting, worldly and like-minded folks.
CBGB (Craft Beer & Good Banter) is an amicable craft beer meetup group and we encourage people to come alone or with a friend/partner.
You can follow us on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/craftbeergoodbanter.
We have an informal code of conduct (please read):
- Meetup events are intended to be a fun, safe space where you can meet other people who like similar things to you.
- Meetups will only be organised by known, trusted organisers. If a non-organiser who you have never met contacts you and suggests that you should go somewhere else, this won't be part of the meetup group so we suggest you think about your safety before going.
- You should never feel pressured to drink beer, never mind do anything else, if you do, you can always come to one of the CBGB organisers with your concerns.
- It is your responsibility to manage your safety and intake of drink, with the support of the CBGB organisers if required.
- If anything happens at a meetup that you feel uncomfortable about, please tell a CBGB organiser as soon as possible, preferably on the day itself.
