Frisbee Basics

Want to try a fun new sport? Come and learn Ultimate Frisbee! A mixed gender, social sport that promotes good sportsmanship and welcomes all.

The Basics sessions are aimed to be an introduction to the sport or an opportunity to improve some foundational skills. We will do some exercises then finish with a game. Please come in sportswear and bring water. Football boots advised.

Afterwards we tend to go to the Fox and Hounds nearby for a drink.
