Directions: meet at the stone wall in front of the Shoreline Cafe. We will introduce ourselves at the wall, then walk to a place to meditate at 10:05
If you are late, feel free to find us (Usually at Rengstorff House or in the park) and sit with us anyways!

Casual Easy Outdoor Meditation Meetup:

Come join us as we immerse ourselves in nature and embrace the big open space within! This Meetup entails a combination of guided and silent meditation for 20-30 minutes while we listen to the birds, notice the rustling of wind, and allow the water to remind of us of the calmness within. For beginners, it is totally fine to just sit as long as you need, then get up and explore nature. As the group name says, we are very casual about this!

This session is a time to turn inward, connect with your head & your heart, and settle into a space of relaxation. You will leave this session feeling renewed, calm, and more grounded.

This group benefits anyone seeking to:

• Find an inner calmness amidst the busy-ness of life

• Connect with a radiating joy-filled spirit that is within us all

• Feel balanced and grounded instead of chaotic and scattered

• Meet other positive people!

What to bring:

1. Warm clothes since we brave the elements (gusts of wind, sprinkles of rain, beaming sunshine:)
2. Yoga mat, blanket and/or pillows to sit on

Additional Details:

We meet rain, shine, cold weather, and steamy weather. In bad weather we can sit under the porch of the Rengstorff House to stay dry!
