This group is a breathwork and healing arts community for the exploration of personal transformation, to alleviate stress, increase physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, connect, re-balance and re-aline.
Group Classes:
- Integral Breath Therapy as a practice, developing your practice, using the breath.
- Expressive Arts as a form of therapy and integration process, learning to listen to and
connect with your body, through breath, dance, meditation, movement, written word, community, and the power of the witness.
