Wild plants in African + European folktales (+ BYO picnic)
Conham River Park, Conham Road, Kingswood, South Gloucestershire BS15 3, Bristol, GBSo excited to announce that Marcus Fagon is joining our Sunday sessions to share folktales between the trees as we learn about plants and their stories.
"Marcus creates beautiful spaces where African and European folklore come to life through oral storytelling. He is of dual heritage — Black: Afro-Caribbean and White: European. The intention is for every performance to be a dialogue, between ancient ancestral images, present lives, and Africa and Europe. The outcome is hopefully a magical and mystical exploration on what it means to be alive on planet earth today."
