Welcome to the Brisbane Artificial Intelligence in Project Management Meetup! This group is for project management professionals interested in exploring the intersections of AI and project management. Whether you want to learn how to use artificial intelligence to improve your project delivery or are eager to network with like-minded project managers, this group is for you. Join us for insightful discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities as we navigate the exciting world of AI in project management. Let's innovate together!

Alex Tate works in the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Mining sectors, he will be presenting on his use of AI to make sure that projects are delivered successfully. He describes his presentation:
In today’s complex and capital-intensive project environments, one-size-fits-all frameworks often fall short. This presentation explores how artificial intelligence can be harnessed to generate custom project management frameworks tailored to a project's unique complexity, risk profile, team capability, and organizational context.
By leveraging AI, we can move beyond static methodologies and instead create dynamic, scalable, and adaptive approaches that respond to real-time data and evolving needs. The outcome is smarter oversight, optimised resource alignment, and a more resilient project delivery model—one that learns, adapts, and scales with each execution.
Presentations at this event are about Artificial Intelligence in project management, we discuss prompt engineering, RAG, practical use cases and ways to enhance the way to deliver projects. This is not an introduction - it assumes basic working knowledge of AIs in the workplace. We also encourage networking and offer this event as a way to get noticed by project management recruiters.
