At Branch Request, we believe the best ideas emerge not from conference rooms but from meaningful connections, new perspectives, and a little fresh air. Each event blends facilitated networking, and playful collaboration, all designed with software engineers and problem-solvers in mind.

Our signature “Walk & Talk” sessions use gentle movement and nature to spark creativity and deeper dialogue. Studies show walking boosts problem-solving and creativity—so we harness it to make conversations more relaxed and impactful.

Expect small-group, thoughtfully designed activities—like storytelling games, creative challenges, and collaborative brainstorming—where you can both teach and learn.
🌱 Why We’re Different
Our events are intentionally small (10–12 participants), cozy, and curated for women in tech. They’re hosted in inspiring indoor/outdoor spaces across Seattle, always with a focus on connection over commotion. No need to show up with a clever icebreaker—we’ve got that covered.
