***NEW LOUISVILLE ROUTE: Louisville Rec Center to Harper Lake Walk

TYPE: Louisville Monthly walk | PACE: Fitness/Conversational | TERRAIN: Sidewalks and dirt paths | DISTANCE: Approx. 5 mi. | Start/End Location: Louisville Recreation Center @ 900 Via Appia Way, Louisville, CO 80027.

**Please note that FITNESS-pace walks move at a steady 3 MPH, which can be challenging for some walkers. All participants are responsible for their own safety.**

Walk Description:*** NEW ROUTE *** We will meet at the benches just to the left of the entrance of the Louisville Recreation Center. We'll take an invigorating morning walk up to Harper Lake then down through Coyote Run Open Space, through Lake Park, Cottonwood Park, Walnut St. Park, Cleo Mudrock Park and then we'll head towards and around the Louisville Arboretum before ending back at the Louisville Rec Center. Restrooms are available at Harper Lake, Cottonwood Park and at the Louisville Arboretum (Provided they've opened for the season.) There is typically plenty of parking at the back of the parking lot.

Schedule: We will meet at 9:00 am at the benches just to the left of the entrance to the Louisville Recreation Center.

~ We will begin walking at 9:05am so please arrive on time.
~ Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, sun protection and wear appropriate gear/clothing for the season.
~ Well-behaved and well-socialized dogs on 6' or shorter leashes are welcome.
