18:00 - 19:00 WORKSHOP Self Care - with Charlene Myers Sponholz (seminar room) – Charlene is well respected in the world of personal trainers with over 40K followers. She normally lives in Chicago, USA where she is a personal trainer and coach consulting her clients with a full spectrum of balance for the mind body and soul. She also happens to be the personal trainer for Scott, Baumhaus co-founder and is visiting Germany for the first time… Bring comfortable clothing, a notebook and an open mind..

19:00 - 20:00 WORKSHOP with Marty Chelinska, BVibe Session – Move, Breathe, Glow! - BVibe is not just a workout—it’s a full-body, feel-good experience! This session is designed to wake up your vagus nerve, get your lymph flowing, and leave you buzzing with energy and joy. Through a playful mix of posture and mobility exercises, breathwork, and meditation, we engage every inch of your body while lifting your spirit to a whole new level.

Expect deep stretches, mindful movement, and plenty of smiles—because feeling good should be fun! So, take a deep breath, shake off the stress, and jump in with me. Let’s vibe, move, and glow together!

18:00 Community Night Cooking (kitchen) – We will have a special guest chef joining us in the kitchen for this session. If you want to join the kitchen crew bring a clean shirt plus something to tie back your hair.

19:00 Emergent Berlin Festival 2025 “Reclamation” (main room) – Do you have talents, skills, ideas and passions to make the world a better place? Join us in organizing our next Superhero Training Camp at Emergent Berlin 2025 happen from June 13 until June 15.

The theme and spirit of this year’s Emergent Berlin festival will be, “Reclamation”. The festival will focus on regular everyday people from all walks of life reclaiming their agency and ability to have a positive practical impact on society, reclaiming the narrative of what a good or successful economy looks like, reclaiming our ability to live humane, meaningful and satisfying lives in balance with ourselves, each other and the natural world.

We offer people and organizations to participate this year by hosting a short presentation, workshop, panel discussion, film screening, art, music, performance, displaying promotional materials or however else they can.

19:30 Project Update : “Re-balancing Our World” video project (main room) – Earlier this year we held an Urgent Action Summit. The result was an ambitious plan to catalyze a movement. Our first step in this epic adventure is to produce an epic video to inspire and empower.

20:00 Community Night Buffet Opening – it’s all vegan, with CSA/Solawi veggies, and the standard tea, water, coffee or bring your own drinks! We recommend joining us the latest at this time so you can enjoy some of the food:)

21:00 “News You Can Use” – you can briefly (1min) introduce yourself, let us know what you need help with, if you have resources to share/offer or know of something interesting going on we might want to know about

## 2025 Theme: RECLAMATION – Reclaiming the Narrative & Our Agency

We believe it’s time to redefine the story—our story. This year, we’re turning Emergent Berlin into a Super Hero Training Camp to equip ourselves with the tools, perspectives, and community support to make real change. More than ever, Berlin needs a sense of unity, shared purpose, and the belief that we can move things forward together.

## What’s Happening?

Friday
📍 Art Opening & Party – Friday night kicks off with creativity and connection at Baumhaus, our festival meeting point. The opening party takes place at Panke Culture Club in the backyard.

Saturday & Sunday
📍 Evengers Onboarding – A chance to step into action and unlock some superhero skills throughout hand chosen workshops and preparing you to save the future. Expand your network of real life Superheroes!
📍 Workshops & Prototyping Sessions – From “Redesigning the world as we would like it to be” using AI & AI, actual and artificial intelligence to an all day clothing upcycling / repair / swap and costume making session, plus plenty of different workshops and hands on activities
📍 Inspiring Lectures & Discussions – Experts and diverse voices across Berlin’s changemaker community will share their opinions on recent and future sustainability perspectives + 2 Poetry Slams (DE & EN)
📍 The Launch of a New Initiative – We’re introducing ourworld.solutions, a platform for collaboration beyond the festival to make sure our collected and gained knowledge can be turned into practical action and an active network. + an initiative to start a local newspaper for our growing network of change makers.

## How do you want to participate?

Emergent Berlin is powered by the people who show up and contribute.
We’re inviting workshop leaders, artists, activists, provocateurs, helpers, facilitators and anyone with a vision to join us. Whether you’re from a grassroots initiative, an NGO, a creative space, a business, or simply a concerned citizen— join the conversation, share how you want to reclaim a better future, and spread the word. The setting is open and informal, so you’re warmly invited to join us whether your idea/initiative is still in its early stages or already well-established.

Ways you can contribute: give a short project presentation, offer a workshop, a performance, a poetry reading, be a general helper, an AI guide, photo/video/audio documentation, social media & website, wellness facilitator or maybe even a sewing machine operator for our clothing up-cycling/repair/swap shop/costume making workshop…
