Benzo Hope is a peer-supportive community dedicated to assisting individuals in their benzodiazepine taper journey. Our mission is to offer guidance, share information, and provide hope to those starting, currently undergoing, or completing a benzodiazepine taper. Our virtual meetings on Zoom are open to participants worldwide, emphasizing a focus on tapering and withdrawal management.
Ensure your Meetup notifications are enabled to receive timely updates and Zoom links for scheduled meetings. If you require assistance with notification settings, feel free to reach out, and we will be happy to help. We encourage participants to have their cameras on during all meetings to foster a sense of connection.
For those who register but cannot attend a meeting, kindly update your RSVP status from "going" to "not going." This helps accommodate members on the waitlist and prevents removal from future meetings.
We are now accepting donations to cover our upcoming costs of renewing our MeetUp membership ($199.99/year), and our Zoom cost, ($159.96). These renewals will be due on June 18, 2025, and we can use your support.
