Navigate Life's Challenges with a Nature Map

Join in for an enlightening experience with the unique Nature Map, which blends practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with the ancient wisdom of the Indigenous Andean Medicine Wheel. In this interactive workshop, we will harness the support of nature while drawing on the timeless teachings of the Andean culture. This engaging workshop will assist you in addressing a current concern or issue and equip you with a new perspective as well as skills to tackle future challenges in a unique and effective manner. If you are interested in a new way of looking at your life experiences or have gotten stuck at only being able to see your life through one lens or perspective, then this workshop is for you!

What to Expect: Participants will have the opportunity to create their own personalized Nature Map using sticks, flowers, shells and other items from the Earth. Each individual will select a stone or crystal that represents a concern or issue they wish to explore. As we progress through the teachings of the Andean Medicine Wheel, each participant will learn to examine her/his chosen concern from various perspectives, allowing for insights that help lighten the burden of the issue, if not transforming their relationship with the issue completely.

- A stone or crystal that resonates with you. (If you do not have a stone, stones will be available for you to choose from.)
- Water (Tea will be available.)

> Christine Monseliu is a Transformational Life Coach and Shamanic Practitioner. Love, deep listening and well-earned wisdom are the hallmarks of what Christine brings to her classes and coaching. These experiences have deepened her ability to meet people where they are and to hold sacred each person’s individual healing journey, allowing clients to make significant progress forward in a short amount of time. > Dr. Wendy Edwards is a Wellness and Energy Practitioner, a Chiropractor and holds a board certification in Acupuncture. She is the owner of Be Well Chiropractic and Be Well NSB. Dr. Wendy is also a Full Mesa Carrier in the Q'ero Lineage, stemming from the Andean culture of Peru's high mountains. With over two years of dedicated study in this beautiful tradition, she is currently completing her apprenticeship, focusing on deep healing work related to the Incan/Andean Medicine Wheel. Recently, she returned from a transformative 10-day journey in Peru's Sacred Valley, where she furthered her studies, deepened her healing practices and engaged directly with Indigenous Paqos (shamans). She is passionate about supporting others on their healing journey through therapeutic touch, energetic medicine and shamanic healing techniques.
