What is this Meetup group about?
In short - Meet other digital nomads and local Thai people. Thai people can improve their English.

In detail - This group is for digital nomads and expats and people who are interested in the digital nomad lifestyle in Thailand. If you are location-independent, or looking to start your journey towards it, or just generally interested in the possibilities of a territorially liberated life, please join us!
Owing to popular demand, we have now included other events also within the group enabling communities to come together such as language exchange, paintball etc.
We want to bring together Nomads, Slowmads, Expats and Locals and we do this because we love Bangkok and Thailand, because we know how important it is to have a community and because we love connecting you with your future friends and business contacts. Through this we will also support local businesses and try to do many different types of events, sometimes business related, sometimes for volunteering and often times, just to have fun.
The goal will be to organize casual meetups, co-working days, comedy nights, talks, workshops, panel discussions, open mic nights, dinners, volunteering events and a lot more!

Celebrate the liberation from the masks with a splash in the pub! Last Sunday was so much fun meeting all the new folks and the regulars. The diversity of this group is so incredible - its just so fascinating to hear the variety of experiences that people bring from their explores in different countries and different professions! And our never ending discussions - politics, business, life, adventure, travels - can go on and on haha!

About this event
This week, we will have our event at the Robin Hood Pub near Emquartier Mall, Phrom Phong BTS station. This is your chance to sip cocktails and mingle with locals as well as people new to town.
We can keep the format of this event a bit fluid (given that it is in a pub :| ), and exchange ideas about nomadic life and working styles.
We can each share a tip about what could make the life of other nomads better. It could be anything - a cool new collaboration tool that you found; a quick and easy way to cook; a cheap insurance provider; or even a good local doctor! etc etc up to you
