Hello to our Introverted Awkwardly Zen Members,
We know that it can be challenging to be a part of an online conversation when you may want a bit more time and space to think things through or a calm way to share your questions without being put on the spot. So, we're working on creating a space just for you and the many other people who want the same thing.
Zen Zooms are an open conversation about spirituality and in this one we've invited AZ Partners & sweet calm souls, Laurie Hewitt and Tim Behrens, to moderate and bring in a softer pace and a few specific guidelines to create an environment that feels comfortable for those who may find the other Zen Zooms to be overwhelming.
You can participate (or not) in whatever way feels best to you. Whether that be in the chat or in conversation in the main room and we'll be adding a new feature for this event where you can send in your questions or topics you'd like to cover ahead of time by emailing: support@awkwardlyzen.com
with the Subject Line: Introvert Event
and Laurie and Tim will do there best to pull these into the conversation. In this event Laurie & Tim will open with our AZ Guidelines (You can read these ahead of time HERE ) then they will do a short grounding exercise to give everyone a chance to breathe and get ready for the event.
After that they will guide you through introductions to anyone that would like to participate in that. You can say your name, what area you are from, and few sentences about what is going on with you spiritually. (Example: I'm Ari, I'm from Denver, and spiritually right now I'm trying to channel my inner introvert to make sure I'm giving everyone all the information that may need to feel comfortable).
Keep in mind there is no wrong answer here and you don't have to participate if you would rather not.
Then Laurie and Tim will guide the conversation from a mix of the things that were talked about in the introductions and the questions that were sent in.
They'll do their best to give you a heads-up about what is coming next.
They will give everyone a chance to talk at their own speed and remember, you never have to speak or come on camera if you don't want to. Just be okay with being you in whatever way feels best. We'll also be asking for feedback after the event to ensure that we continue to improve supporting our members.
We know it can challenging to find your space within a community so we're going to work on creating a safe space for you to explore your spirituality.Remember, please feel free to send any questions (by email) you may have or any topics or questions that you hope to get covered in the event to support@awkwardlyzen.com with the Subject Line: Introvert Event.

When our subconscious beliefs align with our conscious intentions, life can start to shift in remarkable ways. In this experiential talk, we will explore the foundations of practical manifestation, blending a touch of science with the mystical experience of co-creating our reality.
We will begin with a short discussion on hypnosis, what it is and what it is not, and then move into a guided group hypnosis session to help you access a more receptive state for possibility and change.
From there, we will dive into how perception, language, and the subconscious shape our daily experiences, sharing practical ways to work with your mind more intentionally.
Whether you are new to these ideas or already familiar, this workshop invites curiosity, exploration, and discussion. *Please bring something to write with, as we will be doing an intention setting exercise.
*Event: 90 minutes to 2 hours
