Welcome to the Autism Society of Baltimore-Chesapeake Events Meetup!
This group is for autistics and autism families who are interested in attending our various events and activities. From social gatherings to educational workshops, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Join us to connect with others, share experiences, and have fun in a supportive and inclusive environment. Let's come together to create meaningful and memorable experiences for individuals with autism and their loved ones. We look forward to meeting you at our upcoming events!

In observance of National Water Safety Month, this webinar raises awareness about water safety for children and young people, especially those with I/DD. The panel of parents, swim instructors, self-advocates and professionals will share resources and strategies for families impacted by the risk of a loved one's wandering that can lead to injury or drowning. Participants will learn ways to prevent wandering that can lead to tragic outcomes, particularly when water is nearby.
